Cancelation, Refund and Return Policy

Ghuri by Debjani believes in helping customers as much as possible and that is why we have a liberal and convenient cancellation policy.

How can I cancel my order at ghuribydebjani.com?

It is unfortunate if you have to cancel your order with us. However, if it is needed, you have to do that within 24 hours of placing your order. For cancellation you must email us the details at ghuribydebjani@gmail.com

For cancellation from your end:

  • In case you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the full amount.
  • In case, you initiate the cancellation of your order after it is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it or refund your money.

Return Policy

At Ghuri by Debjani, we ensure that we deliver all the products to our customers without any kind of defects. You can return it only if the product you receive is physically damaged or defective or if we have delivered you a completely different product than that of the ordered one. After you receive the defective product from Ghuri by Debjani, you need to notify us within 24 hours of the receipt. Any kind of communication and return request we receive after 24 hours of receipt will not be entertained.

In case, at the time of delivery, you feel that the product is damaged or the package is tampered with and damaged, then please refuse to take the package and return it to the delivery executive. Please send us a video and still pictures of the damaged package. At the same time, please drop us an email at info@ghuribydebjani.com and mention your Order ID in the email.

We will deliver a brand-new replacement for your product to you with no additional pricing.

Products without the original tags won’t get accepted

When you return the product to us, ensure that the package and the original tag are intact.

We do not offer refunds in case you dont like the product for personal reasons. You can only request a refund in case the order has fulfillment errors, defects, missing items, or if the order is incorrectly shipped. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund and you will receive the amount via Account Transfer within one week.

Refunds will be only initiated in the cases where there is a problem or error from our end or the courier company’s end.

We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) Facility.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery of the package.
  • If you cannot make the return within the stipulated time-frame of 30 days after the product delivery, under any circumstances, the refund won’t be made.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive the product, the refund will be processed in one week.

At Ghuri by Debjani, we take extreme care of every piece of product and it goes through a stringent quality check to ensure you get what you have ordered.

Don’t consider the unevenness of color or texture to be a fault of the product but an addition to its characteristics of the natural process.

You can get an exchange if you need a different size. If your expected product size is not available, we will provide you a Store Credit or Credit Note that will be valid for the next three months. Please check the size charts for all size specifications before you place your order.

Before shipping, we conduct an exhaustive check of all our products. However, if you find any fault, damage, or defect after receiving your product, please drop an email at  info@ghuribydebjani.com and send us the image of the product with the tag intact.

Without a prior email notification, we won’t accept any return request. We will email you back within 24 hours about the return of the product you intend to exchange. Once you receive the email, you have to return it within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is meant to be taken care of by the customer.

We, Ghuri by Debjani, hold the right not to accept the returned product in case we see that the damage has been caused by the customer.
